The Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation ( GLAAD ) announced that J. Michael Durnil will be its senior vice president, a newly created position at the national gay rights organization.
Durnil previously held positions at Roosevelt University, Elmhurst College, Illinois State University and St. Mary's University of San Antonio.
